As a Senior Mortgage Funding Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping borrowers reach an important milestone by ensuring mortgage loans close accurately, efficiently, and on time.

In this role, you'll partner with internal teams, settlement agents, and borrowers to navigate complex closing scenarios, resolve issues, and deliver an exceptional closing experience while maintaining compliance with regulatory and investor requirements.

In this role you'll Manage loan file closing activities, including preparing and validating Closing Disclosures and closing packages to ensure accuracy, completeness, and funding readiness.

Respond to internal and external inquiries related to loan closing and funding activities, including handling complex or time-sensitive situations. Identify, investigate, and resolve non-routine closing and funding issues, including discrepancies related to fees, documentation, and loan conditions.

Apply regulatory, investor, and internal guidelines to ensure accurate disclosures, compliant closings, and funding standards are met. Maintain and validate loan data and closing documentation to en
