Role Overview
The VP, Data Operations &Governance is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing theend-to-end lifecycle of investment data across the CEPRES Platform.
This roleleads global data operations and analyst teams, driving the collection,processing, validation, and delivery of high-quality investment data whilecontinuously improving efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
The VP will focus on optimizingdata operations to meet evolving client and business requirements, ensuringprocesses, workflows, and data delivery capabilities support a high-qualityclient experience.
This includes establishing KPIs and SLAs to maintainconsistent quality, productivity, turnaround times, and service performanceacross global operations.
The role is also responsible forbuilding and developing a high-performing global organization, fosteringaccountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Byleveraging process improvements, automation, and scalable operating models, theVP will drive operational effectiveness while ensuring CEPRES can supportincreasing client demands and business growth. Working closely with Product,Engineering, Commercial teams, and senior l
