We're hiring a bilingual creative to produce high-volume Meta ads as we expand into Spanish-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form direct response video ads for Meta (largely AI-generated, mostly no-voice). Design static ad creatives for Meta placements. Work from briefs and daily task lists in Notion, delivering fast turnaround. Use AI tools (Runway, Higgsfield) to produce video and imagery.

Requirements

Native Spanish + fluent English Proven experience in DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands – you know how creative impacts CAC, LTV, and subscription retention Hands-on fluency with Runway and Higgsfield (not just familiarity) Strong portfolio of short-form direct response Meta ads (not brand films) Strong static design skills for Meta – must handle both video and static in one role Ability to blend narrative storytelling with direct response editing Comfortable with high daily volume and minimal direction Timezone open Benefits Competitive salary.
