Work Location

This position is designated as remote. However, employees who reside within a 40-mile radius of one of our office locations in Tampa, FL; Canonsburg, PA; or Bowie, MD will follow a hybrid work schedule and are expected to work in the office two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

Overview: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, control, and completion of specific projects and initiatives ensuring consistency with the company’s overall strategy and goals.

This position will be responsible for creating project plans, tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, and removing any barriers that might prevent the success of the project being delivered on-time and on-budget.

The Senior Project Manager analyzes existing business processes to gain a complete understanding of current procedures to provide recommendations for improvements, and often works with cross-functional and technical teams and is a major contributor to identifying, defining, and implementing system solutions.
