Job Description

The EIM Engineering Project Manager supports commercial teams during the business development phase and oversees cost calculation, project preparation, execution, and handover for EIM Engineering projects (including Filling Center, Bulk & On Site, and E&I) within time, budget, and scope. This role ensures full compliance with legal requirements, Air Liquide standards, ISO 14001 environmental legislation, and quality best practices while managing costs, reporting, lead times, and stakeholder communications. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? • Business Development: Ensure a complete design basis, prepare technical offers, budget calculations, and schedules for commercial offers, initiate PRAs and Risk Assessment plans, obtain Design Authority/SME validations, define customer utility interfaces, and manage asset reservations. • Project Execution - Design & Construction: Lead project execution focusing on lead time, budget, and communication upon budget approval; secure required legal permits; prepare specifications and perform RFQs with Procurement; acquire parts and services; oversee installation construction; conduct timely project reviews and reports; and manage change orders. • Project Execution - Commissioning, Startup & Handover: Supervise startups/ commissioning using PSSR/RTOR procedures; support the completion and handover of technical files to operations; initiate project closure; and gather lessons learned with stakeholders. • Support Functions: Support regional sub-projects and special equipment design; serve as a technical expert/consultant; contribute to technical standards and design validations; assist with technical trainings, audits, and risk studies (ARA, PRA, HAZOP, PRI); participate in specialist committees; and support sales and marketing efforts.
