Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and production support. - Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to development teams. - Drive Agentic AI and GenAI-led engineering practices to improve productivity, quality and delivery velocity. - Collaborate across teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure high system availability and performance. - Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices for code quality, security and maintainability. - Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Foster innovation, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across engineering teams. - Support the modernization and strategic evolution of the Intelligent Data Processing IDP platform through architecture and technology leadership.
