Salesforce Product Manager - Financial Services

: The Salesforce Revenue Platform Manager will own the Salesforce Sales Cloud ecosystem for relationship-led businesses including Wealth Managers, Dealers, Relationship Managers, Supervisors and Sales Leadership. The role is responsible for maximizing platform adoption, improving sales productivity, enabling revenue-generating workflows, and ensuring Salesforce becomes the single system of engagement for customer acquisition, relationship management, opportunity tracking and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities: - Own the Salesforce Sales Cloud roadmap for relationship businesses. - Define and prioritize enhancements, integrations and new capabilities. - Act as product owner for Salesforce-related requirements and releases. - Design processes that improve customer acquisition, activation, cross-sell and portfolio growth. - Drive Salesforce adoption across Dealers, Wealth Managers and relationship teams. - Enable a unified customer view across Sales and Service interactions. - Define dashboards and performance metrics for leadership teams. - Evaluate and implement Agentforce and AI-powered capabilities. Preferred Experience: - 6 - 10+ years of experience in CRM, Salesforce, Sales Transformation or Revenue Operations. - 3+ years in Salesforce Sales Cloud ownership or product management. - Strong stakeholder management and business process design skills. - Experience defining PRDs and leading technology delivery.
