Job Description
About Us
Phyllo is a data gateway that allows social data to be accessed from source platforms (e.g. YouTube, Twitch, Upwork, Shopify, Twitch, etc.). We build the underlying infrastructure that connects with every creator platform, maintain a live data feed to the systems used by these platforms to manage creators’ data, and provide a normalized data set so that businesses can use creators’ data in a simple yet impactful way.

About the Role
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will own execution-focused product marketing for Phyllo, working across sales enablement, release announcements, upsell campaigns, and the website. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and growth.
You will turn every new release into sales-ready assets and clear, value-first stories for customers, keep the sales team equipped with current enablement material, and own Phyllo's website as a live asset that you actively measure and improve.
What You'll Be Expected to Do
• Build and maintain sales enablement collateral (decks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs) that reps can use as-is in live deals
• Work in a tight, recurring loop with the sales team to find where deals stall and turn those gaps into new or updated enablement assets
• Plan release announcements starting at the PRD stage, working with Product to lock positioning, audience, and launch messaging before anything ships
• Plan and run upsell and expansion campaigns for existing accounts, in coordination with Sales and Customer Success
• Produce value-led videos and enablement docs for new releases that translate features into customer outcomes, working closely with Product and Customer Success
• Own Phyllo's homepage and every page on the website: manage updates, structure, and copy
• Continuously optimize website pages using heatmaps, session recordings, and GA4 data, and report on what those changes move
• Partner with Customer Success to source case studies, pulling real testimonials and usage stats directly from customer conversations
• Keep a single source of truth for product positioning and messaging that Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing all pull from
You'll Be a Good Fit If
• Experience: 2-4 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing, with direct exposure to working alongside a sales team.
• Skills: Strong writing ability, comfort reading and acting on data (GA4, and a heatmap or session-recording tool such as Hotjar or Clarity).
• Mindset: High ownership and execution-first. Comfortable working directly with sales reps day-to-day and being measured on whether the assets you build actually get used.
What we offer:
Hybrid Working Environment : Work both from the office and remotely as needed for a better work-life balance.
Flexible Hours : Choose to work in the hours you feel the most productive.
Innovate and Evolve : We’re building a high-growth, high-autonomy culture. We rely less on job titles and more on cultivating an environment where anyone can contribute, the best ideas win, and personal growth is driven by expanding impact and less by title.
What's in it for you?
We invest in our people and believe in hiring for high-potential and humble individuals who can rapidly grow their responsibilities as the company scales. You will infuse insights and ideas into business decision-making, solutions strategy, and the innovation roadmap for each product.
Do you truly want to make a difference and revolutionize the creator economy through data? If yes, Phyllo is the perfect place for you.
