In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical architecture and strategic delivery, leading cross-functional engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance applications using Agile/Scrum methodologies Key Responsibiliti es1. Technical Direction & Architecture Oversig htEvaluate technical designs, code architecture, and engineering choices in Python ecosystems to ensure scalability, security, and performance.Conduct high-level technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural alignment with senior developers and technical architects.Troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks alongside developers when require d.2. Team Management & Leadersh ipDirect line management of 10–20 software engineers, QA analysts, and technical leads.Mentor and upskill team members, foster a culture of technical excellence, and conduct performance evaluations.Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload distribution across concurrent stream s.3. Agile Project Delivery & Executi onDrive end-to-end delivery using Scrum / Agile methodologies—facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Manage project timelines, scope, dependencies, and risks using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.Translate business requirements from product management into clear technical epics, user stories, and acceptance criteri • 4. Stakeholder Management & Communicati onAct as the primary liaison between engineering teams, product managers, executive leadership, and external clients.Provide transparent status reporting, risk mitigation plans, and delivery metrics (e.g., team velocity, burn-down charts ). Key Qualificati onsTechnical Requireme nts10–13 years of overall software industry experience, with at least 3–5 years in a dedicated Technical Project Manager or Engineering Lead role.Strong background in Python development (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI, or Python for Data/Backend services).Sound understanding of relational/NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong pl us.Management & Methodol ogyProven track record of managing technical teams and driving sprint execution end-to-end.Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project).Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong problem-solving capabiliti es.
