Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration. Conduct 1:1s, provide coaching and feedback, and support engineers in their professional development.

Participate in hiring, onboarding, and team growth strategies- including performance management tasks; annual reviews, merit, feedback conversations. Hands-On Development Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code—setting the standard for technical excellence within the team.

Actively contribute to key development projects and unblock engineering challenges as needed. Guide architecture, code reviews, and technical decision-making to ensure high-quality delivery.

Project & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that meet user and business needs. Partner with Product to shape epics, plan sprints, and prioritize the backlog. Own team-level sprint planning, delivery timelines, and status reporting.
