Job Description
What You Can Expect In this role, you will own the systems, processes, and platforms that power Zoom's content engine from end to end, directly shaping how content is planned, produced, and published across channels and campaigns.
Working closely with the Head of Future of Work Insights and Content, you will serve as the operational backbone of the content organization, removing friction and creating clarity at every stage of the content lifecycle.
Day to day, you will manage content traffic, oversee publishing workflows, and lead the implementation and optimization of our content management platform.
This is a role for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in making complex systems run smoothly and who brings both rigor and curiosity to building scalable content operations.

Responsibilities
Define and operationalize the end-to-end content engine, establishing processes, tools, and resourcing frameworks that improve speed, quality, and output at scale.
Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of the content management platform, including governance, taxonomy, workflows, and best practices across the full content lifecycle.
Drive content traffic management across all initiatives, ensuring clear timelines, ownership, approvals, and cross-functional alignment with consistent visibility into production status and delivery.
Manage day-to-day content publishing execution within the CMS, standardizing workflows, templates, and checklists to improve consistency and reduce errors. Su
