This includes designing and implementing solutions that promote responsible AI usage while ensuring alignment with relevant regulations and ethical standards. The role requires leading diverse teams, facilitating collaboration across departments, and advocating for the adoption of ethical AI practices throughout the organization. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and opportunities related to AI technologies, fostering an environment where responsible innovation thrives, and maintaining a strategic focus on sustainable AI development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead initiatives to promote ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance responsible AI capabilities. - Monitor emerging trends and challenges in AI ethics to inform strategic planning and decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Large Language Models (LLMs). - Strong understanding of AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI principles. - Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions that comply with ethical and regulatory standards. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects. - Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and compliance processes.
