Role : AI Transformation Lead Job Title : AI Transformation Lead Location : On-site (Bangalore) Reports To : Chief Information Officer Job Summary : The AI Lead will be responsible for defining, driving, and governing the organizations Artificial Intelligence (AI) vision and roadmap to accelerate business transformation, operational efficiency, innovation, and value realization. This role will lead the enterprise-wide adoption of AI, Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML), and Intelligent Automation solutions, partnering closely with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities, develop scalable AI capabilities, and ensure responsible and secure AI implementation. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, business acumen, innovation mindset, and strong stakeholder management capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes through AI. Key Responsibilities : AI Strategy & Business Transformation : - Define and execute the enterprise AI and Generative AI strategy aligned with business objectives, digital transformation priorities, and organizational goals. - Identify, prioritize, and develop high-impact AI use cases across functions including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, HR, Customer Service, and Operations. AI Solution Delivery & Innovation : - Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI, ML, and GenAI solutions from ideation and design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. - Drive the development of advanced AI capabilities leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Intelligent Automation. AI Architecture & Platform Engineering : - Drive implementation of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model lifecycle management, monitoring, observability, and performance optimization. - Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and business workflows. Governance, Security & Responsible AI : - Establish AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models to ensure responsible AI adoption. - Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards, data protection policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Masters degree is preferred. - 1015+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years leading AI or Data Science initiatives. - Proven experience delivering enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions. - Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs). - Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering, and model evaluation. - Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar. - Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and AI governance. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience implementing enterprise AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI. - Knowledge of vector databases, knowledge graphs, and semantic search. - Experience with AI security, Responsible AI, and data privacy regulations. - Familiarity with enterprise integration, APIs, and microservices architecture. - Experience in Agile delivery methodologies. - Relevant AI or cloud certifications are desirable.
