Job Description

Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we're a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue.

More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business. The Design Opportunity Design at Luxury Presence is core to our mission: to empower real estate entrepreneurs with elegant, user-centered tools.

We believe great design starts with understanding — of the customer, the problem, and the context. Our best work is driven by curiosity about how people think, what they need, and where their current tools fall short. We value usability, not as a feature, but as a baseline expectation.

Our team obsesses over reducing friction, making workflows intuitive, and solving real pain points with clarity and care. At the same time, we hold a high bar for visual quality.

Designers here know when to polish, when to iterate, and how to use thoughtful craft to earn trust, build delight, and elevate the overall experience. We celebrate simplicity, consistency, and purposeful design.

Whether you’re passionate about UX systems, elegant interfaces, or shaping the quality of a product area, we’ll support you in doing the best design work of your career.
