To support this momentum, we are excited to add an Attorney with expertise in business immigration to our team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Managing Attorney will play a crucial role in CIP PC’s success.

You will lead a team of attorneys and paralegals, be responsible for client management, whilst retaining existing clients by fostering strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in immigration law, team success, and will embrace the opportunity to help grow the firm’s practice. In addition, this role is responsible for managing a team, while having an eye towards excellent client service and top-quality legal work.

What you’ll do: Prepare and file cases for acceptance and approval (all case types) Recommend options and strategy and implement recommendations without supervision Perform client management of Enterprise clients and guiding these clients through processes Manage, guide, and mentor team members, and support Partner with team management Review marketing material and support Envoy/GIA sales and marketing initiatives Perform reporting/auditing duties Present trainings and webinars to clients and potential clients Communicate law and policy updates to team/firm Interview and provide hiring recommendations Demonstrate legal competencies Demonstrate behavior in relationships w
