Required Skills
Proven experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, or related administrative roles Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and reporting requirements Familiarity with union payroll processes and managing multiple jurisdictions Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Adept at working with payroll software, preferably Foundation Accounting Software Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information with integrity Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and vendors Nice to Have Skills: Prior union or construction payroll experience is highly preferred Experience with payroll compliance and fringe benefit administration Knowledge of certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting Familiarity with employee benefits administration Step into a role where your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be valued every day.
