Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager at the Senior Consultant level to lead and deliver complex IT Infrastructure projects across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage infrastructure initiatives from planning through implementation while ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, and quality are effectively managed. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects. - Manage infrastructure initiatives including data center setup and migration, network and server upgrades, end-user device refresh, VDI rollouts, IT security infrastructure, firewalls, IAM, endpoint protection, network devices, and IT infrastructure asset management. - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, milestones, and success criteria. - Develop detailed project plans and track progress against agreed timelines and deliverables. - Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, networking, security, cloud, application, service management, and external vendors. - Manage project dependencies and ensure timely resolution of technical and operational blockers. - Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and communication plans. - Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and key decisions. - Ensure infrastructure projects are delivered in accordance with organizational policies, security requirements, compliance standards, and governance processes. - Manage vendor and third-party coordination where required, including tracking deliverables, milestones, and dependencies. - Support project budgeting, resource planning, estimation, and utilization tracking. - Drive project governance and ensure appropriate documentation and approvals are completed throughout the project lifecycle. - Facilitate project meetings, steering committee discussions, status reviews, and stakeholder communications. - Ensure effective transition of completed infrastructure projects into operations and support teams. - Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, operational efficiency, and stakeholder experience. Required Skills & Experience : - 7 - 11 years of overall IT experience, with strong experience managing IT infrastructure projects. - Proven experience in end-to-end IT project management, preferably across enterprise infrastructure environments. - Hands-on project delivery experience across areas such as data centers, servers, storage, networking, backup, cloud infrastructure, end-user computing, VDI, and IT security infrastructure. - Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies and their interdependencies. - Experience managing projects across multiple teams, vendors, and geographies. - Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira. - Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies. - Good understanding of SDLC, IT service management, change management, and project governance. - Strong risk, issue, dependency, scope, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to successful completion. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Additional Requirement : - Willingness to travel to and work from the client location five days a week, as required.
