Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. **About the team!** Our growing global Consumer Products team brings our members' favorite stories to life through products and experiences. The team is responsible for overseeing the business and creative execution across merchandise creation, product development, licensee relationships, publishing, marketing, and a global division focused on live experiences. That’s where you come in: we're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, of multiple categories, to lead the product design and category creative strategy for LATAM (primarily Mexico and Brazil). This role will be pivotal in driving the development of all categories that align with our brand goals and foster strong, strategic partnerships with the top brands, manufacturers, and international teams (for globally distributed activations) that can secure premium shelf space at our most important retailers, yielding long-term impact for our business. **What you will do**: - From pitching trend _inspiring _ideas to obsessing over best in class production, you will work closely with your commercial, retail, and marketing partners to execute world-class statements. - Set the creative strategy and line planning for all categories, including but not limited to toys, food and bev, soft home goods, décor, kitchenware, furniture, and stationery. - Cultivate a pipeline of top-tier partners that share our high bar of excellence and execution and align with our strategic and product vision - Work closely with the Creative team to articulate needs for branding and style guides, and be able to supplement with art packs or portfolios to support the regional needs. - Drive global alignment on product development and cross-category for LATAM, BUT ALSO collaborate with other regions (EMEA, UCAN, APAC) to maximize opportunities globally. - Clearly communicate your short and long-term goals with regard to your categories, and while farming for dissent, have the drive to push Product Development that fans will love. - Conduct regular market analyses to identify where emerging trends align with our title goals - Work closely with commercial and retail teams to monitor performance to inform future development. - This role reports directly to the UCAN Director, Product Development, and will manage a team of Product Development designers, with generous resources for contractors and freelancers. **What we need from you**: - Bachelor’s degree in design, fashion or related field - 12+ years of experience in product development, with a strong focus on fashion, apparel, and accessories, coupled with significant experience in home goods product development. - Deep understanding of the retail landscapes across related regions, market trends, and emerging opportunities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Creative mindset with the ability to provide feedback and the courage to drive a vision. - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to make selfless decisions that are good for the overall Netflix business - Desire to take bold swings and re-imagine what Fashion and Home mean for the fans of our shows. - Experience working with legal, finance, product development and marketing teams - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity builds stronger teams.
