We are looking for a self-motivated Associate EMEA Enablement Manager to join Okta's Post Sales Enablement team, based in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you will become the dedicated enablement advocate for our Customer Success Manager (CSM) organization across EMEA. This is a new role that will allow the right candidate to build Okta's first CSM-focused enablement motion in EMEA. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing and delivering enablement programs across diverse, multi-cultural audiences, and will ensure that the needs of EMEA learners meaningfully shape global enablement program design. The Associate Enablement Manager will collaborate across cross-functional teams including other enablement managers, product teams, learning and development team and content development, and will participate in day-to-day CSM Enablement activities including program prioritization and fielding requests from the EMEA CSM organization. This role will have strong global support from content creators, curriculum developers, and learning infrastructure teams.
