Overview Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are a core priority for Mastercard in Brazil. This role will focus on enabling and expanding card acceptance in B2B payment flows by engaging with key players in the ecosystem - such as B2B marketplaces, e-procurement platforms, ERPs, and acquirers - and ensuring competitive economics and operational readiness. The Manager, SME B2B Acceptance will be instrumental in developing strategies that remove barriers to acceptance and foster card payments adoption across SME payment flows. Role Develop and implement strategies to expand card acceptance in SME-related B2B payment flows Engage with ecosystem players (e.g., marketplaces, platforms, ERPs, acquirers) to enable Mastercard acceptance in relevant channels Define and optimize economics and pricing models to make acceptance attractive to all ecosystem stakeholders Address operational aspects such as settlement cycles and integration requirements to ensure smooth adoption Support the creation of go-to-market plans in collaboration with partners and internal teams Monitor market conditions, acceptance performance, and emerging opportunities to refine and evolve our go-to-marektapproach Work closely with internal teams, such as Products, Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Customer Delivery, to align and execute All About You Have experience in B2B payments, acquiring, merchant acceptance, or related areas, preferably with exposure to SME-focused solutions Understand the key drivers and barriers for card acceptance in business payment flows Possess strong relationship management skills and experience engaging commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders Be analytical and financially literate, with the ability to design and assess competitive economics Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Communicate effectively in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing Hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM; advanced education (MBA or equivalent) is a plus but not required Corporate Security Responsibility Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines **Corporate Security Responsibility** All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: - Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;
