About the Role: We're looking for a performance-driven Manager to own paid acquisition and creative strategy across platforms, turning media spend into efficient, high-quality student growth. What You'll Work On: - Driving quality, cost-efficient student acquisition that feeds a robust, scalable onboarding flow. - Building campaigns and creative that reinforce the habit-forming, gamified learning experience across the student lifecycle. - AI-led thinking bringing an AI-first mindset to media buying, creative generation, and audience targeting. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google (Search/YouTube/PMax), DV360, and other programmatic/DMP platforms to drive quality student acquisition. - Own end-to-end campaign strategy audience targeting, bidding strategy, budget allocation, and channel mix to maximize ROAS and minimize blended CAC. - Define and evolve creative strategy the hook, the story, and the CTA partnering with creative/content teams to build ads that drive strong ad recall and stopping power. - Diagnose creative and campaign performance using a structured testing approach (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, VTR, ad recall lift) and iterate quickly. - Partner with Product to align campaign messaging and targeting with the onboarding journey and habit-forming features (streaks, rewards) to improve post-acquisition activation and retention. - Leverage AI-first marketing tools for creative generation, audience/lookalike modeling, and automated bid optimization. - Run and interpret multiple concurrent experiments (creative, channel, audience, bidding) and build frameworks to confidently identify what's actually driving performance. - Report campaign performance and unit economics to Business and Leadership; work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Sales to align spend with business goals. What We're Looking For: - 35 years in performance/growth marketing at a consumer-tech company, with hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, and other DSP/DMP platforms. - Strong grasp of creative strategy able to define the hook, the story, and the CTA, and to diagnose why a creative is or isn't working using recall, CTR, and engagement data. - Deep fluency in marketing and business metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTRs, & LTV:CAC. - Experience managing sizeable media budgets and agency/vendor relationships. - Working knowledge of attribution, incrementality testing, or marketing mix modeling (MMM) is a plus. - Graduate/postgraduate from a Tier-1 institute (IIT, IIM, or equivalent). - Significant experience solving hard, scaled problems at consumer-tech companies. - A consumer-first, user-first advocacy mindset you default to the student's point of view in every decision. - Ability to run multiple experiments in parallel and still build confident, repeatable frameworks to conclude results. - Strong cross-functional stakeholdership proven ability to work closely with Business, Tech, and Sales/Marketing teams.
