Business Support Advisor Perth CBD | Permanent Full-Time About Us Successful Projects is a leading project management, planning and project controls consultancy delivering services across infrastructure, resources, energy, defence, utilities and transport sectors throughout Australia. Our continued growth has created an opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Advisor to join our Perth team. This is a varied and fast-paced role providing operational support across the business. You will work closely with leadership, managers and employees to ensure our office, systems, events, onboarding processes and administration functions operate smoothly and professionally. About the Role Reporting to the CEO, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations across multiple functions. Key responsibilities include: Office & Facilities Management • Manage reception activities including calls, visitors and deliveries • Coordinate facilities management, maintenance and liaise with building services on all needs • Maintain meeting rooms, kitchen and common areas • Manage office supplies, kitchen, stationery, PPE and equipment • Coordinate company vehicles and transport administration Employee Onboarding & Support • Support the P&C Lead with onboarding and offboarding activities • Conduct office inductions and workplace familiarisation • Set up workstations, access, equipment and welcome materials • Assist staff with general IT and systems-related enquiries • Maintain employee registers and administration records Training & Events Coordination • Support, book and coordinate internal and external training programs • Arrange venues, catering, travel and attendee communications • Prepare training materials and resources • Support company-wide meetings, events and staff functions • Maintain training and certification records Travel & Logistics • Arrange flights, accommodation, car hire and parking • Coordinate interstate travel requirements • Provide travel quotations and booking support Finance & Payroll Support • Process receipts, invoices and expense claims • Support credit card reconciliations and accounts administration • Assist with payroll reporting and leave reconciliations • Coordinate supplier registrations and payment documentation Systems & Process Support • Maintain business registers, handbooks and documentation • Support software subscriptions and user administration • Assist with process improvements and workflow updates • Contribute to ISO quality management activities and internal audits About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring: • Experience in business support, office administration, executive support or operations coordination • Exceptional organisational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A proactive, solutions-focused approach • Confidence working with systems, processes and technology • A professional and customer-focused attitude Highly regarded: • Experience using Employment Hero, Xero, Workflow Max (WFM) or similar systems • Experience supporting payroll, accounts or HR administration activities • Experience coordinating training, events or travel arrangements Why Join Successful Projects?
