Job Description

Looking for a role with genuine flexibility! Work from home with a great team! Do you have experience in financial services administration? If you've worked in a Client Services, Practice Administration, Adviser Support or similar role within the financial services industry, we'd love to hear from you. Expand Smart Support is growing, and we're looking for our next superstar to join our team. We're not your typical administration business. Expand Smart Support provides outsourced administration and appointment-setting services to financial services businesses across Australia. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, building long-term client relationships, and creating a supportive, flexible workplace for our team. About the role This position sits within our outbound client engagement team, where you'll be making calls on behalf of our financial services clients to book appointments with their existing or prospective clients. This is not a cold-calling or traditional call centre role. You'll be representing professional financial services businesses, so confidence on the phone, professionalism and attention to detail are essential. This is a casual role, offering approx 10 - 15 hours work per week. We're looking for someone who has: • Previous experience working in a financial services administration role is essential. • Experience as a Client Services Officer, Practice Administrator, Adviser Assistant or similar within a financial planning, wealth management or financial services business. • An excellent phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. • Great time management and organisational skills. • The ability to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative team. What we offer • Genuine work-from-home flexibility. • A supportive and experienced team. • Full training on our systems and processes. We are a Western Australian-based company; however, we welcome applications from experienced candidates anywhere in Australia. Please note: We are specifically seeking applicants with previous financial services administration experience. Applications without this background are unlikely to be considered.
