Technical Lead, Power Platform Location:Hybrid | Remote Options About the Role We're hiring a Technical Lead who combines deep hands-on engineering expertise with the architectural instinct and delivery ownership to drive complex, enterprise-scale implementations.

You won't just write code, you'll define how it's written, reviewed, and shipped across a team. At TechnoMile, you'll lead a team of developers building and delivering enterprise SaaS solutions on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Clean architecture, ALM discipline, and long-term maintainability aren't aspirations, they are expectations. What You’llDo Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery for complex D365 and Power Platform features.

Define and enforce engineering standards: coding conventions, solution architecture patterns, ALM practices, and testing requirements. Guide the team in solutioning features for enterprise applications — breaking down requirements into well-scoped, technically sound designs.

Serve as the technical escalation point for production issues and complex integration challenges. Conduct code reviews and mentor developers; drive quality and consistency across the codebase.

Own the full Dynamics 365 deployment lifecycle — both manual and pipeline-based — across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments. Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using Power Platform Build Tools.

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Client Delivery teams to translate business requirements into implementable solutions. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and risk identification as the technical voice in Agile delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 4–5 years focused on Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform.
