: Engineering Manager Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Position: Engineering Manager Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Experience: 11-16 Years Location: Gurgaon Job Family: Engineering Work Mode: As per business requirement Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager Dynamics 365 & Power Platform to lead a team of engineers responsible for developing and supporting products and services using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Cloud. The role combines people leadership, technical leadership, solution architecture, delivery management, and engineering excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers. - Own end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform products and services. - Provide technical leadership across solution architecture, design, development, integration, and deployment. - Define and review D365 architecture, customization, and integration solutions. - Drive integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and platforms. - Work with Azure Cloud services to build scalable and reliable solutions. - Manage requirements, prioritization, delivery planning, risks, and stakeholder communication. - Ensure engineering standards, security, quality, and best practices are followed. - Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, automation, and engineering productivity. - Participate in hiring, performance management, career development, and capability building of engineers. - Collaborate with product, architecture, business, and technology stakeholders to deliver business outcomes. Mandatory Skills: - 11-16 years of overall experience in software engineering/technology. - Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365 CRM. - Strong understanding of D365 architecture and customization. - Hands-on experience with D365 integrations and data migration. - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform. - Good knowledge of Azure Cloud services. - Strong experience in solution architecture and software design. - Minimum 2+ years of people management experience. - Strong delivery/project management experience. - Experience leading technical teams and complex software initiatives. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. - Experience with enterprise CRM transformation initiatives. - Experience driving engineering practices, communities of practice, and continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who has progressed from an individual contributor/technical role into engineering management. The candidate should be comfortable discussing architecture and technical decisions while primarily focusing on team leadership, coaching, delivery, and technical strategy.
