About JerseySTEM All JerseySTEM roles are pro-bono (unpaid) positions. JerseySTEM is a mission-driven professional network of pro-bono contributors dedicated to improving access to STEM education and career pathways for underserved middle school girls in New Jersey.

Members contribute their professional skills and leverage their networks in service of the organization’s gender-equity agenda. Membership is a minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership.

K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit. Overview This is a pro-bono volunteer position. JerseySTEM is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to provide STEM education to underserved middle school girls by effectively managing our email marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive desired actions. Develop captivating and relevant email content, including copywriting and design, to ensure messages resonate with recipients.

Implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted email campaigns. Conduct A/B tests on various email elements to refine content and increase campaign effectiveness. Utilize email marketing analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.

Oversee email list management, including maintenance, growth, and segmentation. Implement email marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to execute email campaigns successfully.
