You will identify and attract the best talent for technical/engineering roles , as well as consistently build up a talent pool. You will support our hiring managers in finding innovative ways to improve our recruitment process, and develop sourcing strategies that best meet our needs.
You will represent Munich Electrification authentically on relevant platforms, using your creative communication skills to attract and engage the most talented candidates.
Your future tasks at a glance Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, arranging interviews, CV screening, interviewing…) for a variety of roles and departments (particularly hardware and software development ). Be on site in
