Responsible for setting the technical vision, driving innovation, and serving as the primary technical authority across multiple project deliverables, the Tech Lead ensures design excellence and consistency.

This role involves mentoring junior engineers, representing the team as a technical ambassador, and partnering with leadership to optimize engineering processes and operational effectiveness.
