Job Summary Responsible for designing and developing lightweight automation solutions across a variety of internal teams within Rakuten Advertising. Liaise directly with client teams to streamline and automate processes. Identify and analyze opportunities, providing direction across client, operations and technology teams. Manage projects from ideation and prioritization to implementation and maintenance. Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of a wide array of processes and deliverables for key clients across a global organization.- Deliver and manage process automation in coordination with cross-functional teams.- Analyze the viability of automation opportunities to ensure delivery of the highest ROI and present that work to team management.- Document all work to a high professional standard. Qualifications- English fluency (at least Upper-Intermediate).- Exposure to process analysis and solution design.- - Proficiency with project planning, balancing time and resources to achieve goals.- Ability to demonstrate delivery of solutions to others in a diverse environment. (We may ask you to perform a small task to ensure technical expertise.)- RPA tooling experience, including Automation Anywhere is required.- Python experience is a plus.
