Senior Consultant - SAP SD

: SAP SD Lead Consultant Experience: 8-10 years Location: Pune Primary Skills: SAP SD Job Requirements: Job Title: SAP Consultant / Sr. Consultant - SD Company Name: Emergys Software Pvt Ltd Key Accountabilities: - Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD Module. - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. - Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. - Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. - Design, customize, configure and testing of SD. - Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. - Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve problems. - Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues. - Document functional designs, test cases and results. - Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. - Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects. - Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. - Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. - Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members. Knowledge/Skills Required: - Good understanding of business processes pertaining to Sales and Distribution as part of domain knowledge. - Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA from SAP SD module perspective. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects mainly into designing and configuring SD module. - Well versed with Quotation, Inquiry, Order, Outbound Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, Export, Service Sale, Taxation, Pricing, Shipping, Output Management and other key processes. - Knowledge of Batch Management and Serial Management Functionality is added advantage. - Thorough knowledge on respective Master Data (Material Master, Business Partner, Customer Info Record etc). - Well versed to use FIORI Transactional and Analytical Apps. - Cross Functional experience with FICO, PP, QM, PM, MM, PM etc. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time. - Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset. - Understanding of accounting business processes. - Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective. - Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. - Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a Can-do attitude adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness. - Ability to communicate effectively with domestic and international client. - SAP S/4 HANA Certification in SD or TM or LE is preferred. - SAP TM, LE, GTS, Workflow, IDOC knowledge is an added advantage. - Knowledge of Product Development / Co-innovation approach / methodology is an asset. - Knowledge of third-party tool interface is an added advantage. - Understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes. - Zeal to learn new things. - Team Player.
