Ushyaku Software Solutions - UI/UX Designer - Product Design

About the Role : We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can design simple, intuitive and engaging experiences for B2B software products and solutions. UX and product design will be the core responsibility, while social media content, graphics and visual design will be an additional responsibility. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate UX/UI design, content creation and visual generation. Key Responsibilities : - Design UX/UI for web, mobile and B2B SaaS products. - Understand user problems, business requirements and create effective user journeys and workflows. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs. - Design dashboards, complex workflows and enterprise applications with a strong focus on usability. - Build and maintain design systems and reusable components. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and Business teams. - Create LinkedIn/social media posts, carousels, product visuals, banners and infographics. - Use AI tools for UX research, ideation, wireframes, UI concepts, image generation and social media content. - Continuously improve designs based on feedback and usability. Must Have : - 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX/Product Design experience. - Strong UX thinking and problem-solving skills. - Experience designing B2B SaaS, enterprise software or complex web/mobile applications. - Strong knowledge of Figma, wireframing, prototyping, user flows and design systems. - Ability to explain why a design decision was made, not just how it looks. - Hands-on experience using AI tools for design and content creation. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Good to Have : - Graphic/visual design experience. - Social media content design experience. - Experience with AI image-generation tools. - Experience designing AI/Agentic AI products. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development.
