WHAT DO YOU DELIVER As a UX/UI Designer you will be responsible in understanding business requirements of tech projects and convert them into exceptional digital applications. You will be part of deriving the initial user experience and the graphic user interface of the applications. You will be involved in communications with the client and with other tech teams within the organisation. An ideal person we are looking for is someone who has a love for design, not just from a job point of view, but also as passion which drives them to excellence and high standards. This would required you to have a highly creative and visual mind, think laterally and do things beyond the conventional. WHAT DO YOU DOWHAT DO YOU ACHIEVE Communicate with clients, and business analyst teams, gather and understand requirements of a project. Based on client requirements, define which stages of design process which are required for the project and plan for the approach to that process Articulate the requirements, conduct required research, and organise information in a more structured form which is useful for derving the overall design of the systems/applications Create concepts and wireframes to explore and communicate UX design ideas and solutions Visualize and create screen layouts, flows, navigations, and required screen details, considering ease of use, user centered considerations and overall feel of creating something highly meaningful, relevant and pleasant Create graphic themes, and final graphic UI design of the applications Explain the UX and Visual UI designs to clients Identify and solve UX/UI issues in projects Suggest best practices, enhancements, solutions and guidence to clients in on-going projects Create design systems in projects which is scalable and useful for other teams to follow Skill enhancement Learn from experts and Growth New directions in developing the horizons of your design skills and philosophies Experience of working with international clients World-wide use of your creations REQUIREMENTS GENERIC: MUST HAVE: PREFERRED: Bachelors or masters degree from a design school. A degree in computer science, or engineering are also considerable if exceptional UX/UI design skills are portrayed Excellent communication skills for interactions with international clients Good working knowledge of design tools like Adobe XD, Figma and Adobe Photoshop Excellent sense of aestherics, color, typography, compositions, visualizations, animations, and design principles related to visual and user experience design Working knowledge of standards and guidelines in popular web and mobile platforms Knowledge of HTML, CSS Fair knowledge of advantages and limitations of different web and mobile technologies Knowledge of Animation, video editing and motion graphic technics Skills: User Experience Design, Tool Design, Ui Design, Animation, Agile Experience: 5.00-6.00 Years
