YOUR ROLE In this empowering FRONT-LINE senior management role, reporting to the GM/CEO, you will be DRIVING+ LEADING marketing/business development (75-80%)+ ENGAGING in some generalist HR (human resource management) and recruitment (20-25%). WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: • Are degree/diploma qualified in MARKETING (or similar); • have 4 - 10+ years proven track record in a marketing/business development in a law firm (preferable) or professional services/firm; • have had some HR experience (preferable) OR willing to engage in some HR management ; • are innovative/creative, proactive+ success/results-driven ; • have outstanding communication/relationship/people+leadership skills; • are hungry for a long-term successful career with a market leading firm.
