Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant team. Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn. Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up details. Achieve assigned recruitment and sales targets. Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confident and professional telephone communication. Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Ability to handle both recruitment and sales responsibilities. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets andSelf-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
