We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented candidates to join our expanding team. Key ResponsibilitiesTravel ProcessHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Explain domestic and international travel packages. Assist with flight, hotel, visa, and tour bookings. Follow up on leads from social media, websites, and portals. Finance ProcessExplain loan, insurance, and financial products to customers. Generate and qualify leads for personal, business, and other loan products.

Coordinate documentation and application processing. Maintain regular follow-ups until closure. Brokerage / Investment ProcessIntroduce customers to brokerage and investment services. Generate leads for Demat, trading, and investment products. Build and maintain client relationships.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets. Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, CRM). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, travel, finance, insurance, or brokerage will be preferred.
