Required Skillset: - Demonstrated ability to lead complex product initiatives from conception to launch, with a proven track record of managing products with large-scale user bases. - Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and articulating a clear product vision to executive leadership. - Deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem, including payment gateways, lending products, or digital banking architectures, supported by 7 - 12 years of relevant experience. - Educational background from a premier institute, which provides the foundational rigor required to navigate complex business problems. - High level of adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, hybrid office environment in Pune, where rapid iteration and collaborative problem-solving are the norms.
