Job Title : Mobile Developer Experience : 4-5 Years Location : Bangalore About the Role : We are looking for a Mobile Developer with 35 years of experience in React Native to join our engineering team. You will own the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our cross-platform mobile application used across 30+ client organizations. The app operates in demanding field environments offline mode, low connectivity, GPS tracking, image capture, bulk data sync, and real-time call integration. You will work closely with backend engineers and product managers to deliver features that directly impact field collections performance. Key Responsibilities : - Build and maintain cross-platform mobile features in React Native (iOS + Android) aligned with backend APIs. - Implement offline-first data sync mechanisms for field use cases where connectivity is unreliable. - Integrate with REST APIs (Spring Boot 3.x backend) including JWT/OAuth2 authentication flows via Keycloak. - Implement Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications activity alerts, call assignments, settlement approvals. - Work with device capabilities : GPS location tracking, camera (photo/document capture), file system (bulk upload). - Build call center integrations : click-to-call flows, call status tracking. - Maintain per-client build configurations 30+ org-specific auth configs, themes, and feature flags. - Write clean, testable component code; participate in code reviews and maintain quality standards. - Optimise app performance : memory, bundle size, startup time, list rendering for large datasets. - Collaborate with backend and product teams in an agile delivery environment.
