Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the customer relationship during implementations and upgrades, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Director, Professional Services, the Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within the budget while meeting scope requirements.

The role is directly accountable for project outcomes across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.

Day-to-day, the Project Manager manages project plans, risk registers, and financial tracking across multiple concurrent engagements.

They will possess excellent communication skills and proven problem-solving skills, collaborating closely with software consultants, clinical subject matter experts, technical integration teams, and client project sponsors to drive milestone achievement and resolve cross-functional dependencies.

The Project Manager also contributes to the continuous improvement of CKG implementation methodology, playbooks, and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Scope & Delivery Management Manage the scope of the project and changes to the project deliverables, while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Explain implications of changes to project scope and priorities to client and management to ensure changes are understood and approved.

Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within the budget while meeting scope requirements.

Drive all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through go-live and post-implementation stabilization, ensuring adherence to CKG implementation methodology and quality standards. 2.

Project Financial Management Manage project financials, including budget tracking, variance reporting, and resource cost allocation across concurrent engagements. Monitor project
