Business Analyst

Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements: • We are looking for candidates with both technical and business-focused skills who can effectively articulate the outcomes and value of their work. We require proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully delivering business requirements within a project delivery environment. A solid understanding of how business analysis can deliver value to an organization is essential. Applicants should have experience working on transformation and/or complex delivery projects, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in business analysis techniques, and experience with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe 5.0, or LeSS. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary, along with knowledge of analytical tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikSense. Candidates must also be UK security cleared to Developed Vetting level. Responsibilities: • In this role, I will work alongside clients and stakeholders to capture and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives. I will conduct detailed analyses of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Facilitating workshops and interviews to gather requirements, user stories, and use cases will be part of my responsibilities. I will analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions to ensure alignment with business goals. Furthermore, I will translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories to ensure clarity and feasibility for development teams. I will perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making and process improvements. My duties will also include defining and implementing product-centric operating models, managing product ownership practices, conducting impact assessments and feasibility studies, collaborating with project managers on project plans, supporting testing and quality assurance activities, and providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
