Business Analyst Manager

Salary: £70,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements: • Experience leading, coaching or developing Business Analysts and/or Systems Analysts • Strong experience gathering, analysing and assuring business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements • Experience working with and communicating with third parties, ensuring assurance around deliverables • Confidence reviewing and challenging solution designs and third-party supplier deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with business outcomes • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners • Strong understanding of requirements traceability, governance and quality assurance practices • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences • A proactive, collaborative and continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes Responsibilities: • Lead, coach and develop our Bank Technology Analyst function • Define and embed analysis standards, methods and quality controls across our technology portfolio • Elicit, analyse and assure business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements • Provide assurance and challenge of solution designs, requirements and third-party deliverables • Ensure requirements, solutions and testing remain aligned to agreed business outcomes • Represent our Analyst function within delivery and governance forums, providing expert advice and recommendations • Drive continuous improvement, innovation and the adoption of AI-enabled analysis capabilities Technologies: • AI More: We are recruiting for a Business Analyst Manager to lead within our banking technology analyst function.
