The Role We are hiring a Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service to play a key delivery role on customer engagements.
This role is designed for a seasoned techno-functional consultant who enjoys working closely with customers, translating business requirements into effective solutions, and staying hands-on throughout the implementation lifecycle.
You will spend the majority of your time configuring, validating, and optimizing Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions while partnering with project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
What You'll Do
Deliver Dynamics 365 Field Service Solutions Lead functional workstreams within Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations Participate in discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions Execute project tasks while ensuring quality and alignment with customer objectives Be Hands-On and Techno-Functional Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service including work orders, incident types, service agreements, scheduling, resource management, and mobile experiences Support asset management, preventive maintenance, inspections, and field operations processes Collaborate with solution architects and developers on integrations, extensions, and customizations Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle Partner with Customers Work directly with business stakeho
