Standard Job Description You will be a Program Management - Subocontract Manager in the Subcontract Operations Center (SOC) team. Our team is responsible for managing subcontract operations, ensuring compliance and supporting program needs.

What You Will Be Doing: As the Subcontract Program Management Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of buyers placing POs for the Mid-Tier Major Subcontracts Team, supporting programs across all of Missiles and Fire Control.

You will play a critical role in enabling your team to succeed and driving results that meet program objectives.

Your responislble will include, but not limited to: Assigning daily work and level-loading workload acrss the team of buyers to ensure optimal productivity Reviewing and approving Purchase Order packages as a Delegation of Authority (DOA) Training and developing your team on LMAP, MFC GSC Work Instructions and Procurement Systems to ensure SOC's compliane goal is met Managing expedite requests and quick-turn needs for programs Ensuring buying team updates PR Insights weekly, manages unacknowledged POs and meets program deadlines Ensure team is sending out RFPs and supporting front end proposal process for customer submittal Basic Qualifications Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) Prior professional experience working Supply Chain Management (SCM) fundamentals including processes, procedures, policies, systems and overall understanding of subcontracts Experience with Subcontractor Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Strong communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of management Desired Skills Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent expreience/combined education, with 8+ years of professional experience Experience in S4/Hana Experience using SAP and Procure to Pay (P2P) Experience with different contracting types Experience leading a large, diverse remote team Ability to balance competi
