The IT Solution Architect serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business objectives into scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions.

This role is responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and modernization, creating future-state architectures, and guiding implementation teams through execution.

The Solution Architect works across application development, integrations, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems to ensure technology investments align with business strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.

This position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences. Primary Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives and operational needs into solution designs, architectural diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.

Design end-to-end solutions across applications, integrations, data platforms, and cloud environments, including future-state architecture models, migration strategies, and solution standards.

Evaluate current-state business processes and recommend automation opportunities (AI, APIs, workflow platforms, cloud services) that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to engineering and infrastructure tea
