Cloud and Infrastructure Services Solution Architect

The person needs to be a Senior or Executive Architect who has demonstrated the following skills:

• Very strong investigative skills with new tools and systems (PTC SKM, intelligent agent technology, Knowledge automation, social tools, security access/Single sign-on, automation tools, to name a few).

• Highly skilled at the “architect” level and capable of providing detailed guidance to the Engineering teams.

• Able to plan and drive custom integrations with high profile clients.

• Strong Project Management skills, strong leadership skills, and sound managerial skills as a senior technical lead, architect, troubleshooter and advisor to the CIS sub-service lines.

• Strong client-facing skills and Solution Architect capabilities.

• Capable of leading technical Engineering teams and directing vendors. Position Overview: The role is focused on technical leadership in designing, developing, selling, and delivering standard, repeatable Cloud and Infrastructure Services (CIS) offerings and capabilities. As part of the CIS Solution Management team, the successful candidate will:

• Lead teams of business and technical architects and engineering in progressing the CIS portfolio of Workspace, Hybrid Cloud, Service Management, Service Desk, and Field Services capabilities

• Work with the CIS Growth and Strategy and Delivery teams to ensure repeatable capability deployment and delivery

• Work with the Solution Architects, Sales, and Account Executives in proposing CIS capabilities to current and potential clients.

• You will also use your strong collaboration and negotiation skills to serve as the cross-CIS enterprise offering architect in maintaining the CIS solution blueprint and providing the related governance oversight for technical solutions across the CIS Service Line.
