Job Description

This role is an individual contributor role based in our São Paulo corporate office and is for a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed person. Amazon aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and in the most cost-effective way as possible. In this way, Amazon Brazil Ops Team is looking for an experienced manager with a strong focus on delivering results, to manage and execute the Brazil Network speed planning, working closely with Delivery Experience team, transportation, fulfillment centers and all the operations teams across the country. The successful candidate will be able to create, develop, prioritize and drive solutions that result in promise-speed improvement actions, always focusing on customers' experience. Key job responsibilities • Execute the speed plan to meet delivery speed requirements and improve Customer Experience (CX), ensuring alignment with the business North Star and organizational goals. Own the tracking of milestones, escalate risks, and drive execution cadence across stakeholders. • Own and maintain the speed plan for all channels in Brazil, building and updating requirements connected to all operational miles and nodes (fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations). Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure plan accuracy and completeness. • Develop and maintain tools and mechanisms that enable visibility into speed improvement goals, tracking progress against targets and surfacing gaps to leadership for decision-making. • Partner with fulfillment and transportation teams to connect strategy across each mile, identifying opportunities to optimize Cost to Serve by channel. Provide data-driven recommendations and support trade-off discussions. • Build and maintain reports that communicate speed results to stakeholders. Conduct analysis on area-level performance to identify root causes of speed defects and propose corrective actions. • Draft strategic documents that clearly communicate the supply chain speed vision, supporting senior leadership reviews with structured narratives, data, and actionable insights. - Bachelor's degree - Experience in project/program management - Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics - Experience in supply chain - Knowledge of Excel - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
