Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. The Content Finance & Strategy team is looking for an Associate to join its Latin America team based in São Paulo, Brazil. The Content F&S drives the vision and business strategy that provides Netflix with best-in-class metrics, tools, analysis, insights and reporting to make effective content performance and programming decisions. We partner closely with Data Science & Engineering, Content Programming Strategy & Operations, and leadership to do so. This role will reside in Netflix's São Paulo office. **Responsibilities**: - Innovate and develop content performance metrics, frameworks and insights. - Analyze portfolio investment and performance to develop short - and long-term content planning. - Conduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers and content trends. - Execute market research and competitive trends analysis. - Run valuation and financial models to inform content deals, particularly for high-investment opportunities and emerging content areas. - Spearhead special projects for senior Netflix leaders and develop recommendations on key strategic issues. - Streamline and manage key analytical operations and reporting. - Partnering closely with other Strategy teams as well as Product, Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Data Science & Engineering teams. **Qualifications**: - 4+ years of experience in a top management consulting firm, investment bank, private equity, hedge fund, and/or media/entertainment/tech company in a strategy/business development/analytical role. - English and Portuguese language fluency - Experience conducting quantitative analysis (including modeling) and qualitative analysis and can drive to insight and results using data - Excellent communication/presentation skills with a track record of presenting complex analysis to executives/senior management clearly and concisely - Strong initiative and ability to work independently, thrives in a fast-paced, always changing environment - Highly intellectually curious and has the courage to challenge the status quo and exhibits the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics. - Excellent proficiency with MS Excel / PowerPoint.
