Technical Project Manager

Role Objective: Lead end to end delivery of complex technology initiatives across application development, cloud, AI, APIs, platform modernization, digital transformation, and enterprise application delivery. Drive effective planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful delivery within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget. Role Overview: We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project planning, execution, delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, and governance. The role will be responsible for ensuring quality, timelines, budget adherence, effective resource utilization, and continuous delivery improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Governance: - Define scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria. - Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. - Establish governance, reporting cadence, and documentation standards. 2. Project Execution & Delivery: - Lead end-to-end project execution. - Monitor progress, dependencies, and deliverables. - Ensure quality, timeline, and budget adherence. 3. Stakeholder Management: - Engage business, technical teams, vendors, and leadership. - Conduct governance meetings and status reporting. - Manage stakeholder expectations. 4. Risk & Issue Management: - Identify and mitigate risks. - Drive issue resolution and maintain RAID log. 5. Agile & Delivery Excellence: - Facilitate Agile ceremonies. - Track delivery metrics. - Drive continuous improvement. 6. Financial & Vendor Management: - Monitor budgets and forecasts. - Manage vendor deliverables and commercial governance. 7. Reporting & Compliance: - Prepare dashboards and reports. - Ensure PMO compliance and lessons learned. 8. Resource & Team Management: - Coordinate cross-functional teams. - Assign responsibilities and foster collaboration. Qualifications & Experience: - Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA - Experience: 8 - 12+ Years of IT experience with at least 5 years of technical project management - Preferred: PMP Key Interfaces: - Internal: Business Units, Development, QA, PMO, DevOps, Architecture, Information Security, infrastructure - External: Clients, Vendors, Technology Partners, Consultants
