J ob Description: Position Summary DTN is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact software implementation projects for global enterprise customers.
This role is responsible for driving successful deployment, adoption, and measurable outcomes of DTN ’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Results-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong project governance expertise with executive-level communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed SaaS environment. What You Will Be Responsible For: Lead the planning and execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management processes, and escalation paths. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and milestones.
