An Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for selling Logitech’s B2B products, solutions, and industry or accounts. This role focuses on Enterprise Companies and main resellers, generating prospective customers through cold calling, qualifying sales leads, and managing inbound leads. playing a crucial part in our sales funnel management cycle. The representative will deliver presentations and demos to highlight product advantages, maintain in-depth product developing strong relationships with potential customers, boosting sales, and contributing to our longterm business growth. In this role you will: Lead Qualification & Management: - Handle and qualify all inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities. - Research, identify, prioritize, and track sales ready leads within assigned territories. - Proactively seek new business opportunities and maintain knowledge of new products and competitors’ offerings. Client Outreach & Relationship Building: products, systems, and services. - Identify client needs and propose suitable Logitech for Business products or solutions. - Build relationships by delivering presentations and product demos highlighting key advantages. Collaboration & Coordination: - Work closely with Logitech Sales Representatives and Channel Partners to build a solid sales pipeline and close deals. - Set up and facilitate meetings or calls between prospective clients and Logitech Enterprise or Channel Reps. Sales Process Execution: - Manage inbound leads efficiently, qualifying prospects and scheduling qualified meetings with decisionmakers. - Follow up using a consistent contact attempt strategy to nurture and qualify leads. - Support the creation and prioritization of strategic target account lists and key contacts. CRM & Reporting: - Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, and account progress in Salesforce. - Ensure timely and accurate tracking of lead lifecycle stages and sales activities. - Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation metrics through detailed reporting. PerformanceDriven Goals: - Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and closed sales. - Follow leadership strategies to achieve measurable targets and contribute to team success. Additional Responsibilities: - Stay current with company products, market trends, and competitor insights. - Implement and refine best practices within the sales process for improved efficiency. Your Qualifications and Skills: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: - Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Inside Sales Specialist, or similar role. - Hands-on experience with a range of sales techniques, including cold calling and telemarketing/telesales. - Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and measurable goals using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). - Exceptional relationship building skills with clients and stakeholders. - Positive and energetic phone demeanor with excellent listening and negotiation skills. - Ability to deliver engaging presentations and effectively demonstrate technology and business value propositions. - Strong analytical abilities to assess client needs and match solutions effectively. - Quick problem solving capabilities and persistence in overcoming challenges. - Time management and organizational skills; detail oriented and thorough. - Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a high energy, fast paced team environment. - Highly motivated and selfdriven with a history of prior success. - Strong curiosity to learn and adapt within a dynamic industry. - High degree of persistence and followthrough to ensure project success. - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and an understanding of business development strategies. - Desire to work collaboratively in a goaloriented team environment.
