Tō tūranga hou | Your new role An urgent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Technical Project Manager to step into a critical programme following an unexpected departure. Working within a Service Experience workstream, you will take ownership of key ServiceNow and IT Service Management initiatives already underway, including the rollout of new capabilities designed to improve service desk performance, automate resolution processes and enhance the overall employee experience. This is a hands-on delivery role where you will be expected to lead from the front, drive outcomes, manage stakeholders and keep momentum across multiple moving parts. Experience delivering ServiceNow projects is essential, while exposure to telephony or contact centre integrations would be highly regarded.
